WRITING WORKSHOPS
Cindy has presented enthusiastically received talks and workshops to children's books writing groups around the country, from SCBWI regional conferences to the Southampton, NY Children's Literature Conference. She speaks from her unique perspective on the different needs of the children's trade, educational, and magazine writing markets and also presents a three-session workshop on jump-starting a novel with a focus on writing description, creating characters and conflicts, and writing in scenes. Rates vary.
